What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When the opening movie plays, the Dolby Digital logo appears, followed by a short frame of wario, then the Dolby Digital logo again, and then wario appears as the rest of the opening plays as it should

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Verified that it doesn't do this on console.

Launching the game with the real bios fixes this issue. It seems on that frame it changes video modes or something, because the image shifts slightly, even on console.

Can someone smarter than me look into this?

I can't reproduce.

Though I can see the image shifting slightly, It's switching from a static logo to the first frame of the intro video.

Apparently it is necessary to create a save-file on the memory card (even if it's empty) before Wario will show up
