Emulated Wiimote config forgets which extension you selected when clicking "Configure"

Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
If you select a Wiimote extension other than Nunchuk, then select a newly plugged device, clicking on Extension's "Configure" takes you to Nunchuk config, regardless of what you've selected
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Done on a clean user folder. Haven't tested a configured system

Open Emulated Wiimote Config
-
Select your Wiimote Extension (Classic is a common way for the user to run into this)

Plug in your controller device

Click Refresh
-
Click on Wiimote Extension Configure
You get Nunchuk.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

I'll bisect this tomorrow evening after work and mark this as a regression if it is. I doubt it is.

step 5 in repro should be "Select new system controller"

No longer an issue with the new Qt dialog.
