Replacement with black shader in Naruto Shippuden Gekitou Taisen EX 3

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Nothing every time it automatically uses the black shader on some parts of
the game.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of blue or some other colors, it uses black, like in Naruto's
Oodama Rasengan.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin 3089 on Windows XP 32 bit.

Firstly, to those not clue'd up on Naruto, what is an Oodama Rasengan, just so i can
have a look at the error on my brothers copy.

It's a big blue sphere that comes out of naruto's hand sometimes

Maybe the texturing is bugged or it alpha testing fails for it.

For anyone still listening it replaces not just naruto's special(oodama rasengan) but
sometimes dust when the characters smack into each other, and i've switched to vista
32 and also im using dolphin 3972 and still has the problem.
