What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
In the past there were problems rendering certain textures in Dolphin, but they were fixed, but the computer needs GL 4.3 to actually implement them. The fixes, while they make games on Windows run better with little to no problems, actually make the games worse on Mac, making some games impossible to progress through because of the game freezing. An example of this is in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year door. The problem can be seen with Professor Frankly's Gate, the secret entrance to the Great Tree, the blimp ride from Glitzville, and the transition to the cutscene before the battle at the end of Chapter 5. Other games have this problem, but it affects this game in particular the worse it seems.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any of the above sections of the Paper Mario.
2. Try to progress normally pass that point.
**3.**Watch as the game freezes, unable to let you progress.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-9196 as well as countless others. It works on version 3.5, but there are some graphical errors that were fixed in the current Windows versions of Dolphin.
