Super Smash Bros. Brawl - RSBE01

If you have a Wiimote enabled on one computer and not on the other, the game will never boot up and desync ~100 frames in.

Should we force disconnect the wiimotes when using netplay?

This became more prominent since hitting any button connects Wiimotes. I think force disconnecting/setting to none would be best as long as we can do it before the game starts.

I don't want to mark this issue as fixed, as the original issue is still in the code, but as we've pushed a workaround, I think it's fine to drop the milestone.
