What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Dolphin crashes on TAS Input window opens after game starts, and randomly even if opened beforehand.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Plug in GameCube Controller via Mayflash adapter (at Wii U setting). I assume this also would occur with Nintendo GameCube adapter
  2. Set up controller as GameCube Adapter
  3. Launch Game (Gecko boot.elf file if Project M, Brawl ISO if regular Brawl)
  4. Open TAS input window
  5. Wait a few seconds
  6. Dolphin Crashes

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

This does not happen when controller is emulated, such as when mapped to an XBox 360 controller.

No log is produced when crashing; the created log file is empty.
