Description

Game Name?

Metroid Prime Trilogy

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The splash of a waterfall on a pool of water at the beginning of Torvus Bog in Metroid Prime 2 has an abnormal green glow. Switching to other visor modes will make the problem go away (most noticeable with Scan Visor), but the Combat Visor always shows it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Unable to determine what exactly causes it. Have confirmed that it is not the XFB, EFB to RAM, or graphics backend settings.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Experienced on 4.0-9320; unknown if other builds have the same issue.
Using DirectX12 with Virtual XFB, Store EFB Copies to Texture Only is disabled, 3x Native Resolution, 8x MSAA, and 16x AF. All other settings are standard.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Intel i7-4820K, EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Classified, Windows 10

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

turn off MSAA and other enhancements as if it's an EFB effect those can easily mess it up.

So, I've been told by the Primehack devs that this is a bloom artifact, and the other visors disable bloom. Since this is long enough ago that it's before the color fixes, I'm closing the issue but there will be some verification done. Closing to do inactivity more than thinking it's invalid.
