How do I do that?
While playing a game, go to Tools > FIFO Player. Switch to the record tab, change the amount of frames to record to 3, then press record. Record the section where the graphical glitch exists.

Are you using the latest nvidia drivers? As of today they are version 365.19

Also, are you sure you're running Dolphin on the nvidia card and not your Intel HD Graphics GPU?

Played the fifo log on 9327 on all backends, including software and D3D12. Issue exists on all backends. Tested on Maxwell and Haswell GPUs.
Issue exists in 4.0.2 as well. Not a regression.

Is this going to be fixed before 5.0?

The issue could be baked into a fifolog. I think you were too quick to accept this.

Fog couldn't reproduce it, I'm not so sure this is valid. It could be a dualcore issue at best.
