Description

Game Name?

Regression Simulator

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)

WHYYYY

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)

MD5 for Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 main.dol: ecea8e31a06f21d15d8d276712ba13de

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Setting the IR above 2.5x results in a blank, blue screen in the rendering window. Anything below renders fine. Functionality still works either way.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have an optimus laptop

  2. Download Gecko OS 1.9.3.1

  3. Set Dolphin to OpenGL, IR to anything above 2.5x (This may be different per intel GPU? I suspect this is an intel GPU problem)

  4. Boot main.dol

  5. Cry.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Build 4.0-9148 breaks this

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Optimus laptop:

i7-4700MQ
16 GB RAM
Nvidia 755m / HD Graphics 4600
Windows 10

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Forcing Dolphin to run on the Nvidia GPU doesn't fix it. I'm also guessing this is a Windows issue.

Logging s_max_texture_size gives the following

08:52:347 Render.cpp:717 E[Video]: max texture size = 16384

Stopping and starting emulation again renders correctly
