What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
In World 5 Level 3 (Frosty Highlands) there is a big slow down, when moving platforms get into the screen. If no moving platform is in the screen, there is no slowdown. The slowdown does only occure, if "scaled efb copy" is enabled. If you disable it, there is no slow down. The texture cache accuracy does impaire the slowdown, when you set it to safe.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-9433

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Ok, 4.0-9455 fixed that .. who'd have thunk it :) No it only slows down, if texture cache accuracy is set to safe or normal (maybe interesting). thanks
