I'd like to be able to toggle VSync without having to go into the options menu. Is there a way for me to bind this to a key somehow?

It's been a while, but I think I must have been toggling fast-forward/speed up (which required VSync to be off?), but then I wanted VSync on after the speed up to prevent screen tearing. Can't remember exactly, but this may have been the issue.

Disabling the "speed limit" automatically disables vsync.

Yes, there was a change that made it disable vsync automatically sometime after this report was filed.
