What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

There's a black line in the lower-right hand area of the screen while playing Mario Kart Wii. There's also a white line near the top on the license select screen, and a black line near the top in pretty much the same place in the charcater/kart/stage select screens.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Play Mario Kart Wii. Not much more to it.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

I've tested it on Dolphin 5.0. This bug has been around since the first time I played Mario Kart Wii in Dolphin about a year ago. Not sure what version that was.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU: Intel i7-4790k
GPU: nVidia GTX 970
Operating System: Arch Linux, Linux kernel 4.6.2-1-ARCH

I haven't seen anyone else have this problem before.
