Description

case GX_TF_CMPR in TextureDecoder.cpp is unfinished.

The only problem I've noticed is transparency in SSBM.

what transparency in ssbm, exactly? it helps to make it faster for someone who comes
along and tries to work on this :)

Wasn't the transparency issue is SSBM fixed a little while ago? (Ex. The "Stage
Cleared" thingy in the 1P modes [classic, adventure, etc])

SSBM clear screen issue wasn't related to GX_TF_CMPR.

I assume this issue is talking about S3TC texture handling, and that's basically
finished now. There were some transparency problems on the grass in Wind Waker (it
had black fringes), but that's been fixed.
