What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The Boomy theme is really awful for a number of reasons and should be removed from Dolphin when it is reasonable to do so.

Rationale for deleting Boomy:

• Most of the icons are rough placeholders that do not properly represent what they are supposed to. This was acceptable back when there wasn't a good alternative but now we have the Clean theme with proper custom icons.

• The theme does not match the aesthetic of the rest of the program. Boomy looks like a remnant of early 2000s Windows XP-esque interfaces.

• Dolphin is supposed to be HiDPI compatible for high resolution monitors but we do not have 2x size icons for Boomy like the Clean theme does. This will result in a subpar user experience for users with HiDPI displays using the Boomy theme.

• If a user is crazy enough to want the Boomy theme back they are free to add it back themselves as Dolphin supports custom themes.

Currently Boomy is required for the debug icons but the rest have Clean theme versions. I suggest that after Clean debug icons are added to Dolphin (Issue #9659) that Boomy is removed entirely (both from the Themes folder and Sys / Resources).

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
