Description

Link errors when SOIL tries to find GL functions:

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/6.1.1/../../../../lib/libSOIL.so: undefined reference to `glXGetProcAddressARB'

etc.

SOIL is built for GLX and so won't work with EGL. We need to detect that in CMake.
