Feature Request - "Stop Recording" Option

Description
Whenever I want to stop recording, I have to stop emulation completely. I'd like to have an option in the Movie menu, preferably below "Export Recording", that will allow me to stop the current recording of input, but that will allow me to continue playing. If any unsaved changes have been made to the recording when Stop Recording is clicked, a dialog box along the lines of "Unsaved changes have been made to your movie. Would you like to save them now?" should pop up.

you can just uncheck the record video/record audio to stop recording.

This is about input recording, not audio/video dumping.
