It's a known bug in Dolphin that some Japanese games will have fonts missing if the Wii language setting is set to a language other than Japanese. It's kind of annoying on the main version of Dolphin, but on Android TV... there is no language setting. You use whatever is in SYSCONF, and that's it. You can't even change it via an INI! This results in missing missing text in certain Japanese games, such as the Japanese version of Rhythm Heaven Fever. (see attached)

To reproduce, have SYSCONF be non-Japanese, and load the Japanese Rhythm Heaven Fever on Android TV, and go to the title screen. You can also reproduce it on desktop by having a non-Japanese SYSCONF and just not changing the language setting from English to Japanese.
