What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
As the title says, the Green and the Orange buttons (using the Guitar-extension from an emulated Wii-mote to my keyboard) cannot be strummed at the same time. This only occurs with these two buttons specifically. I've been switching the keys, removing hotkeys, and I even tried on a different computer - it didn't work. Some songs are unplayable because of this.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Play Guitar Hero III US-version on Dolphin 5.0 with an emulated Wii-mote to your keyboard.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0, and older version did not solve my problem. Using DirectX 11/12 or OpenGL.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)

Could you clarify what you mean by strumming both the green and orange buttons? Do you mean that just pressing the green and orange buttons at the same time is impossible, or does it only become impossible when the strum bar is strummed at the same time?

Might not be related to this issue, but I had a similar issue with the PC version of this game. This game requires for two or three buttons to be pressed at the same time. Setting the colored buttons to, for example, the upper numeric roll on the keyboard (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and pressing three keys at the same time (3, 4 and 5 for example) doesn't work on many keyboards (mostly cheap ones, or with different language inputs). If I remember correctly, it is required to press green and orange (1 and 5 on this example) for a cheat code, am I right? Or if you hold green while strumming orange rapidly (it's been a long since I played this game). But anyways, at least these two keys can be pressed together on my keyboard. If it's not necessary to use them many times, try setting them to the mouse temporarily (if it's for a cheat code).
