What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Since version 5.0-1164 the toolbar on Mac is missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Download and install emulator version 5.0-1164 or later. Open and the toolbar is missing

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Broken on 5.0-1164 and later
Works on 5.0-1161 and earlier

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013) running 10.12.1
Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Holy carp what a weird bug! Reproduced. Also checked the when the regression started and 5.0-1164 is confirmed.

Issue exists on 10.11.6 too. Quite jarring.

It appears the toolbar is there, but its not showing any buttons. Toggling View > Show Toolbar changes the height of the area between the game list and the window title, so something must be off with wx on macOS.
