**What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.**
The title bar says "VPS: 25 - 50%" when the game is actually running at full speed. There don't seem to be any problems other than this.
**What steps will reproduce the problem?**
Just start a Nintendo 64 Virtual Console game (including the two SSBB Masterpieces) and look at the title bar. The problem should happen even on the "You will need the Classic Controller" screen. This happens regardless of whether the game runs at 17 FPS, 25 FPS or 50 FPS.
I have only tested this with PAL games and don't know whether it happens with NTSC games (but I would assume it says VPS: 30 instead if it does).
