When booting up the game, you are given a menu asking in Japanese if the current time is correct. Selecting the top option (yes) will cause the game to hang on a black screen. Selecting the bottom option will make the game proceed as expected.

- Start up the game
- Wait for selection menu to appear
- Select the top option option and press A
