Any graphics backend

- There are a few buttons now that have the same behavior:
`Controllers` tab: `Alternate Input Sources` and `SDL Controller Settings`
`Triforce` tab: The `Configure` buttons in the `Controllers` and `IP Address Redirections` boxes.

- Since this apparently is only a bug in older versions of Windows 10, I don't think it's worth trying to work around a minor display issue like this.
