Starting Wii game from System Menu freezes

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When starting a Wii game from system menu, emulator gives three invalid read errors, then freezes with black screen.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Set any Wii iso as default and load System Menu, then select Disc channel and start game.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
Issue started with 5.0-2127. 5.0-2124 and earlier are fine.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Intel 4790k overclocked @ 4.7Ghz, Nvidia GTX Titan X (Maxwell), Windows 10 Pro AU, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe

Yes, this is a known issue. There is a fix for it, but I am currently waiting for a cleanup PR to go through first.
