That documentation is very tiny and could be (IMO should be) shipped along with Dolphin for offline usage.

That documentation is already shipped with Dolphin. You can access it by running Dolphin with the --help parameter. Making the CLI help accessible through the CLI makes more sense than making it accessible from the GUI in my opinion... But maybe being able to access it from both would be useful for some people?

Oh, yeah, I forgot that it could be brought up by --help command. I guess a new menu in Help menu can be seen as a reminder that Dolphin does supports command line to the unaware people.

When it's integrated we could delete this from Dolphin Wiki.
