What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

A weird rectangle appears on the top left quarter of the screen. And it's a lot brighter than normal (see attached screenshot)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run Metroid Prime 1

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

dolphin 5.0-3454

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

My current setup is:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz × 4
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 480
SO: Manjaro Linux 64-bit kernel 4.10.12

This is a driver issue to do with EFB Copies. Either update your driver (if there is a new one) or change to a different one. We can't do much about EFB copy regions failing.

As an alternative, turning off certain enhancements, such as anti-aliasing may help on some cards.

Problem is, I've had my drivers updated a few times.

My kernel is 4.12.3 and I'm using mesa 17.1.5 and the problem persists.
