What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
From version 5.0-3345 onwards, audio stutters when the OpenAL is selected. The previous version available for download (3334) and below do not exibit the issue. Also, changing the backend to Xaudio2 causes no problems on either version.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
Version that work: 5.0 and 5.0-3334
Version that failes: 5.0-3345 and 5.0-3595
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Yes, setting it to 3 seems to solve it.
But if that's all it takes, then I'd expect this setting to be chosen by default.

An increased latency setting (of 5) is now default as of 5.0-3595.
