Dolphin "Click 3" Stopped working

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
- Try to edit controllers for GC/Wiimote
- Try using Click 3 or Click 4 does not function
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to use the button anywhere on dolphin is unresponsive
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Click 3/4 Work Perfectly Before and one day it just stopped working. I right clicked for more options, and only Click 0 through 2 were available.

Hmm, i clicked for more options and Click 3 and 4 were avaialble as of 5.0-4602
