What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Full system lockup when using vulkan backend
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Configure dolphin to use Vulkan.
Launch Game.
Game will progress normally until the point where the intro would be shown. Instead a black screen will be shown and then the operating system will stop functioning.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0-4607 (Broken [I dont know which commit broke it])
5.0-3xxx (Worked as expected.)
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
I7 7600 @ 4.5Ghz
16GB Ram
GTX 1070
Fedora 25
Prop Nvidia 381.22
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Works fine using OPENGL

There is a mistake in the PC specs. It should be i7 6700k.

Can you try this on latest master? It's possible this was the MSAA issue, which caused hard lockups on Linux, and GPU resets on Windows.

I can confirm that this issue is now fixed on the latest build and this issue can be closed.
