What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The game plays in English while supposed to be in french, in the game files, there is the french voices inside and there was no french release only for that game.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Set the GameCube language to french, the game will be english only, also tried the option to force the french language on NTSC systems

Then it probably means the game doesn't support French.

This forum thread appears to confirm the game only supports English.
