Fast Depth Calculation and vulkan on linux

System specs: gpu: amd r7 240 cpu: fx8300 os:Archlinux Gpu driver: Mesa 17.3.2
I would like to report the follwing issue:
In dragonball tenchaichi 3 (wii) when i use the vulkan backened along with Fast Depth Calculation checked in graphics options,causes graphical glitches to the game (specifically some white lines on the stage floor).Only workaround is to uncheck it which is a problem, because i loose quite a bit of a performance boost.The same issue when using the opengl backened is non-existened. Issue is present from at least mesa 13.0 to 17.3 and with all the latest dolphin-git builds from 2016-2018.
