What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Load Resident Evil 0 Disc 1 (NTSC)
  2. Attempt to get in-game
  3. See brown screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Supposed to see the train insides and the character and begin playing.

Instead, I see a brown screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Dolphin SVN R132 - x86 - WinXP
