Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Either Auto-Adjust Window Size seems broken or Internal Resolution is not accurate, or the fullscreen resolution is doing something else, I saw some PR about reintroducting fullscreen resolution.. but I haven't found it yet in GUI.

Using "Auto-Adjust Windows Size", IR and different Backends - All other options are defaults, I didn't touch any INIs.

Metroid Prime Trilogy EU Version: 2x Native (1280x..)
Actual with EURGB60(480p): Width 1604x..
Actual without EURGB60(576i): Width 1924x..

Also ran a few other games, seem to show same behavior too.

Same thing with Wx
Same thing with all 3 GPU APIs

3x Native looks almost the same as 4x - there's like maybe a 100 pixel difference, everything way bigger than what it should be it seems.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes. 5.0-7336

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No.
There some kind of aspect ratio difference too versus the 5.0 stable. In latest development build all of the window is filled up, while 5.0 stable has "black bars". (might be irrelevant, or already fixed)

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Win10ProAU, AMD Radeon RX480 17.50.07.01-171217a-322096E-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin, Intel Core i7 3820 3.6Ghz (Sandy Bridge-E)

Additional Info

A bit unrelated but it seems that 5.0 stable loads up with EURGB60 more cleanly, in latest development built it seems to load up without EURGB60 but quickly switches to it in mid-boot which resizes the window, at least that's what I think it's happening in theory.
If that's normal and suppose to be applied late than that's okay not a big deal.

This is because you are playing a Wii game. The GC and Wii (NTSC) render at 640x480. And that's it. To accomodate widescreen, they stretch the horizontal image out to fill the space, via non-square pixels (NTSC Widescreen, to be precise). Dolphin can't render in non-square pixels, so it compensates by throwing more pixels at the problem, thus a bigger window than the same internal resolution on a GC game.

Then at higher internal resolutions + aspect non-square compensation and when the window would be larger than the Monitor's maximum resolution, the window then I think is getting shrunk down, is that shrinking working as intended too? Is it stretched internally or with fullscreen?
