r3729 probably caused it. Can you test that and see?

ok its not a user error, did you not read what i put, the config window for the
wiimote does not appear on the screen at all and before you say it, this is a fresh
build from scratch without any old files left behind not only that its also a fresh
install of vista x64 with the latest drivers for my graphics card and directx so how
can this possibly be a user error unless of course you think i'm not capable of
clicking the right button to open the config. sorry for the rant but you've annoyed
me by just putting it down to user error and changing the status as invalid without
even bothering to try and help you just closed it down like i was a stupid teenager
who didnt even know what i was doing. pathetic.

Well, you know you COULD do any control configuration BEFORE opening the game. I get
this too, that when I've started a game or I've started and stopped a game the
wiimote config dialog does not open and Dolphin freezes. It's no biggie though as all
you have to do is kill it and restart. I don't even know why you would WANT to open
the config dialog during gameplay.

the config window opens still, I rewrote the code, others have verified that it
works, the window is smaller than it used to be, so maybe your game window is in
front of the config window.

I'm not here to argue, and I meant no offense by labeling it Invalid

Ok i am sorry about the way i spoke yesterday i didnt mean to snap at anyone i was
upset because a very close friend of mine shot himself the other day because he
could no longer cope with all the pressure he was under so i do apologise, and as
for the problem it seems to have gone away since i reboot my computer so everything
is working fine now, like i said i am sorry about the way i spoke and hope you can
forgive me.

I reproduced that bug, it happens rarely and mostly when plugins (which config
window was requested) hangs. I got that with GFX one, GFx button just stood pressed
and then an wx-error appeared: something like "unable to create a children window
object". I just can't catch it, dolphin and it's windows closes quickly.

if it happens on all plugins, that means I didnt break it :P

do you have Visual Studio? can you trace the crash

It is hard to reproduce. Most time buttons just stood pressed. But I'll try >_>
