Mario Kart Wii no music in 3rd Lap.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Mario Kart Wii
- Run any Race
- In 3rd. Lap the music will disappear and only sound remains.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In 3rd. lap in any race the music will be an accelerated version of the
same music on the first two laps.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This will happen in any recent revision (after sound was added to Mario
Kart) Using X64 JITIL 3850, with DSP HLE, all options on, except RE0 Audio Fix.
Please provide any additional information below.
This is probably an unemulated ucode. I think it happens too in Mario Kart
DD, but i'm not sure yet. I will test it and post results.

I dont know how, but only one time appear the 3rd Lap for me if I wait 5 minutes more
or left in a place. I think that this need be fixed.
