Rumble not working after 5.0-11035

Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Rumble is not working anymore in standard controllers (Tested with xbox one and xbox 360 controllers) the problem is located after the build 5.0-11035, since al the previous versions are working ok. And all the builds after the 11035 have this problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The rumble no longer works in all games. You can see this problem in the controller config>Standard controller>configure>Rumble motor>Test.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

I cannot reproduce this.

Please upload the relevant ini file. GCPadNew.ini or WiimoteNew.ini

@Billiard26 The problem is only with the standard controller, the wiimotes rumble are working properly.

Tested a lot of times, bisected builds before and after 11035, and the problem is with this one. Tested with clean install and blank GCPadNew.ini

Btw, here you go, my custom GCPadNew.ini, hope it helps.

This is not a valid expression:

`Motor L``Motor R`

If you choose to use multiple outputs they must be combined with a binary operator.

`Motor L`|`Motor R`
