Description

My Computer:

Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.67Ghz
4Gb DDR2 800Mhz
Radeon HD4850 512 Mb

After the begging when i go rescue the kid, the forest is really slow. I'm
getting 17fps where i should be getting 50 or 60 fps.

This issue isn't very descriptive.

Were you getting better speeds on previous revisions?
What revision exactly introduced the slowdowns?

I first tested on rev 3867 and so far all of them have this issue that after the
begging of the game where there is good speed, 60 fps, the game have a big slowdown
in the woods after the gate where the that starts.

I forgot to say that i was getting better results on the previous rev, but not good
speeds around 30 fps, but on the latest revs i'm only getting 16-18fps.

the slowdown occurs because the more you reveal in the forest area, the more
polygons and data dolphin needs to process.

It's like in hyrule field, at start you get perfect fps because you start with only
1 area revealed, but once you reveal all, dolphin will just try to process the
vertex and graphic data of all the areas.

I think the reason is because Dolphin does not support any Space partitioning
algorithms to distinguish between what should be processed and what shouldn't be.

Solution: wait until the Open GL plugin be optimized, they are currently working out
compatibility.
