I can't seem to get the wiimote plugin to work, It works but I can't get it to work with a joypad or mouse.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the plugin settings.
2.Configure plugins over and over.
3.Play game or homebrew and dosen't work. I haven't tried it on a regular
game yet though. so just homebrew.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The plug in isn't working, nothing is going on in the wii game or homebrew.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've actually tried it with all of them. It dosen't work!
Please provide any additional information below.
I configure it over and over. I'm starting to think it only work with a
real wiimote but I saw some one use it before with a naruto game and pulled
up the wii menu while in the game. So there has to be something wrong.
