What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

I expected to find a recent dolphin package for Ubuntu 21.04 in

ppa:dolphin-emu/ppa

but i see that this version (hirsute) is missing:

E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/dolphin-emu/ppa/ubuntu hirsute Release' does not have a Release file.

(this is the output of apt update)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

i5-4440, Ubuntu 21.04

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

I see that there's another unofficial PPA which is up to date but the frontend doesn't even start (it exits immediately with "Segmentation fault (core dumped)"). Launching the emulator from the command line works but it is hard to configure properly.
