3D elements are blocky (kinda like downscaling).

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
5.0-14758
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
Yes
If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
5.0-14464
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I'm unable to reproduce this issue (I tested 5.0-14464, 5.0-14758, 5.0-15445, and 5.0-15928). However, my setup doesn't exactly match; I have a US copy of Mario Kart Wii (RMCE01), and only have integrated intel graphics. Are you still able to reproduce this issue in current versions, and also on older versions if you update your graphics drivers?

Sorry for the late response. I can't reproduce this either, so it must've been the weak ass Windows driver.
P.S. There's really no point in using any other graphics backend besides DX11 anyway (atleast on my setup). Hybrid only works in DX11. And for Exclusive, you wanna go with OGL.

- Status changed from New to Invalid
Alright, thanks for checking. Closing this as invalid (there isn't a "cannot reproduce" resolution).
