Feature sugestion:
- An "Auto" option in the frameskipping menu, thats automatically adjusts
the frame skipping during the game to make it feels like running in
fullspeed every time.
For example, if the game is running at 30fps without frameskipping, it sets
frameskipping to 1, if the game is running at 20fps, set frameskipping to
2, etc.
Should have options to set frameskipping between 0 and 1, too.

Yes, a "smart" frameskipper is planned for the very near future but (AFAIK) is not
being worked on by anyone.
