For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
Too big to upload raw. Compressed from 7MB to 385KB.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Tested on two PCs!
Main PC: R9 5950X woth 64GB RAM and RTX 3080 (Tested all 4 backends, all had same issue)
Secondary PC: R5 5600G with 32GB RAM (Tested Vulkan)

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Regardless of internal resolution, or graphics backend, or hardware (tested both AMD & NVidia GPU), this bug is prominent, even at native resolution.
Disabling EFB and XFB does not fix this either.

Some of these bugs happen on console even. But the ones you're referring to are caused by dualcore. Try turning it off.
