Description

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The controls strangely are working just like it has an autofire option
enabled. However, this issue occurs only with this game, and I guess the
emulator doesn't have this option (yet)...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using R4017 (R4020 has this problem too) on Windows Vista Home Premium.

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue occurs with the dual core option enabled, but only with
Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.

This also happens with other games. It usually lasts for a few seconds and tends to
happen around the same times for certain games.

What happens for a few seconds here is exactly the opposite. The controls work
turbo-like for almost the entire game, save for some instants when this bug
apparently "turns off", but for very few seconds really.
Is it a bug with the pad plugin?
