What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

I'm from a speedrunning community on [[https://discord.gg/qQVFdCvtnu]] and we have benchmarked emulator vs console load times for Nicktoons: Unite! One table can be seen here: [[https://discord.com/channels/273192533197324288/273493101828636677/1138906174327099523]]. And another here: [[https://discord.com/channels/273192533197324288/273493101828636677/1032481263233282109]]. Basically, on disc, load times hover around 6-10 seconds. But in Dolphin, load times are 9-13 seconds long. I want to thank JosJuice and the Dolphin team for working hard to make load times accurate on the majority of popular games. Nicktoons: Unite! seems to have characteristics that make disc loads different than emulator, for example on console the game randomly freezes while the disc "churns". We have yet to confirm if this bug happens on other Blue Tongue shovelware games with a similar engine.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Boot the game and load a level.

19866 dev and 19368 beta are the latest right now. Sadly I can't confirm what exact version these occurred on, but I can confirm the issue exists from 5.0 stable to the present version, to various degrees.

Yes, the stable seems to have the longest loads.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Tested on multiple machines of speedrunners. Results are roughly consistent across multiple hardwares. Should not be considered a hardware issue afaik.
