All of the sudden after removing Tekno Parrot, I cannot get into MAME by itself or load Attract mode without removing the dolphin bar

Attract application and MAME
Games are not the issue. When I unplug the usb to the dolphin bar, I can access Attract and/or MAME to load my roms. What changed all of the sudden to render the dolphin bar useless?

This issue has nothing to do with Dolphin. MAME isn't made by us and the DolphinBar isn't made by us.
