Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run Dolphin r4203
  2. Start any game in fullscreen Direct3d
  3. press escape to bring to windowed mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to go to windowed mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4203 Win7 x64 non-IL

Please provide any additional information below.
I think it just doesn't have any implementation to go from full screen to
windowed or something, it just CTD's. If you alt-tab it stays running, but
the screen no longer renders anything when you alt-tab back in, just black.
