- Start a game. In this case, Sonic Riders.
- Wait for the intro video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video is expected to play all the way through. Instead the first frame
is displayed then the video disappears. The audio can still be heard.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN R 4253 X86 WinXP Pro

This also happens with some game logos and Wii safety screens.

Happens in Fire Emblem - Path of Radiance (PAL) for Gamecube also.
