What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load SMS in any revision of Dolphin after 4236 (Windows x64 build tested)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is to be able to use the water cannon to remove the goop
during gameplay.

What is happening: The goop looks like it disappears/invisible but you
still take damage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 4264 64-bit version on Windows Vista x64. (also tried revs
4261,4246 - which had same errors)

Please provide any additional information below.

It is possibly caused by changes in Revision 4245 (I couldn't test this
revision) or problems relating to issue 1406.
