GUI: D3D Plugin Config: Multiple copies of Items in antialiasing mode list chooser appear everytime the config is opened

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. At first start, open D3D config, check the Anti-alias mode item list
    and click OK.

  2. Re-Open D3D Config and recheck the AA mode item list, there will be a
    duplication of the items, click OK.

  3. Every time you open it, there will be another duplication of the items,
    until closing the application.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect only 3 items everytime, but there are more than 3

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using SVN 4292 64-bit version (older versions do the same)
S.O.: Windows 7 Professional Official 64 bit edition.
