Freezes during intro of TMNT: Smash Up

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Smash Up
- See a few frames(different amount each time) of the intro, then it freezes
- After a while being frozen, the screen will simply turn black
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See above.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried multiple revisions, including latest. On Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.
I cannot seem to skip the intro movie either by by trying to spam buttons,
so I don't know if what comes after it works or not.
Game possibly coded by the same people who did SSBB, maybe that will give a
clue to what the problem is, as SSBB also had start up problems before I
believe?

Not sure what you guys are talking about - the Wii version works just fine for me. Probably a config thing. Go to the forums for help.
