Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run dolphin with opengl in full screen not using your normal
desktop resolution
2.Press escape, quit dolphin
3.Restart windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To have the same resolution as when you shutdown, seems that it goes back
to dolphins set resolution of full screen mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev 4356, but it has been effecting many revisions before this too.
Running dolphin on Vista 32 bit with an nvidia card under opengl.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is also effects a secondary monitor. When I play dolphin off of my
Tv through hdmi, after the emulator closes the screen resolution returns
to normal; however, upon restart and reconnection to the monitor, the
resolution reverts to the one that dolphin fullscreen was set to.

I should clarify the second monitor thing, both monitors do not have this issue,
only the one that had the game in full screen on it does. I haven't ran the monitor
as a second in awhile, but it still seems to "save" the resolution to the
corresponding monitor it was run off of.

Example: I start windows, switch to the tv, run the game in full screen, quit,
shutdown windows and plug my normal monitor in while the computer is off. Windows
will start fine and the resolution will be normal until I plug back into the tv,
in which case it goes to the resolution that dolphin ran at.

I've had this happen in many other full screens application, like Spore, Call of Duty
and other video games, when I forgot to set the full screen resolution the same as my
screen. Apparantly this is more to blame on either Vista or the graphic drivers,
though if the devs can fix it, props to them.
